When do I do the rsvp?

Enter the link and click on the RSVP button and enter your pertinent information.

It would be appreciated if you RSVP as soon as possible, no later than April 30, 2024. If you are unable to go, we would appreciate it if you would let us know as soon as possible. It will be unfortunate but those who do not RSVP by this date will be marked as "no" and will be removed from the list, as we have to send a count to the planners.

How far is it from the airport to Tequila?

The distance from Miguel Hidalgo y Costilla airport to Tequila is approximately 1.5 hours. Keep that in mind when making your transportation arrangements.

What is the dress code?

The code of preference will be Formal, black tie optional. For men we recommend suits and tie and for women we require that you do not bring white or blue dresses as they will be part of the bride's and entourage's colors. Please note that the reception will be outdoors but will be on a solid surface.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

We encourage you to arrive 15-30 minutes prior to the ceremony. The ceremony will be starting at 5 pm promptly. This will give you time and comfort to sit and fellowship. We prefer that you arrive at the scheduled time as this will allow for a more dynamic ceremony and no interruptions with late arrivals. If you arrive late, the coordinator will let you know if you will be able to enter or wait at the reception site.

Can I take videos and photos during the ceremony?

We will have an "unplugged" ceremony (no use of phones and cameras). The best gift you can give us is to be fully present at the ceremony. Professionals were hired to capture the special moments during our ceremony and to allow you to do your best work. After the ceremony we encourage you to take as many photos and videos as you wish.

Where do I sit during the ceremony?

When you arrive at the ceremony you will notify the ushers which group you belong to (if you are coming from the bride or groom's side) and they will direct you where to sit, as there will be designated areas depending on which group you belong to.

Can I bring plus one?

Due to the limited capacity of the venue, we will not be able to add plus one unless your invitation says so. Advance notice was taken of those who would be accompanied.

Can I bring children?

Other than the children participating in the ceremony,

we will not be accepting children at the ceremony and reception.

What can I give as a gift?

Simply your presence enriches us, as travel and time is precious. We do not expect gifts from anyone. In case your heart feels kindly we prefer monetary contribution instead of physical gifts. If so, we will leave you our bank account information for the transfer.

Tips

Have cash on hand. The best way is to withdraw cash from a bank in Mexico using a card with a Visa and/or Mastercard logo. Ask at your respective banks what would be the protocol to follow when using an AMEX or other card that is not Visa and/or Mastercard.

● Inform the bank that you will be in Tequila, Jalisco MX so that your cards are not blocked.

● Do not drink water from the pen

● Avoid food from carts or stores where the meat is exposed to the environment.
